Product Overview

The Constant Temperature and Humidity Automatic Weighing System is a fully automated intelligent system that performs sample handling, sample identification, electrostatic removal, and weighing within a high-precision constant temperature and humidity chamber. This system overcomes weighing errors caused by temperature and humidity variations, corner deviations, and human errors during the weighing process. It can automatically weigh various samples such as filter membranes, filter cartridges, and low-concentration sampling heads. Weighing data can be automatically calculated, stored, queried, and exported, and presented in tabular form. It features a high degree of automation and accurate data. The entire weighing process strictly complies with standards such as HJ 618-2011, HJ 656-2013, and HJ 836-2017. It is a core device for weighing samples in atmospheric and pollution source sampling, suitable for projects like atmospheric PM2.5/PM10 monitoring, source apportionment, and ultra-low emission monitoring.

Main Features

Complies with the quality control requirements for particulate sampling standards specified in national standards HJ 618-2011, HJ 656-2013, and HJ 836-2017 "Determination of Low-Concentration Particulate Matter in Stationary Source Emissions by Gravimetric Method."

Capable of weighing 47mm filter membranes, 90mm filter membranes, No. 3 filter cartridges, low-concentration sampling heads, and filter membranes of any diameter between 28mm and 47mm.

Utilizes anti-shake and anti-slip technologies during sample transportation.

Sample placement areas are gold-plated to effectively discharge static electricity, with anti-static coating applied to the outer edges.

Samples feature human-readable numeric codes and system-readable barcodes, integrating samples and their IDs to prevent separation. The system can automatically read sample IDs.

Automatically performs ion wind static removal before weighing.

The system includes a calibration membrane weighing function.

The balance features automatic range and zero-point calibration.

The robotic arm has automatic detection and correction for minor deviations, as well as automatic protection against hard object obstructions.

An air purification device is installed in the constant temperature and humidity chamber to meet user requirements for cleanliness.

The system has remote communication capabilities for remote data monitoring, email notifications, and data export via xls files.

The system uses either a closed-loop internal water circulation system or purified tap water as water supply modes.

The system includes automatic alarms for mechanical faults and low water levels in the tank.

Structural Specifications

1. Overall structure: Constant temperature and humidity chamber group, mechanical control cabinet, refrigeration unit (external). The system has proper grounding and grounding labels, with shock absorbers for vibration reduction.

Air circulation system: The system includes distributed heating tubes, condensers, fans, etc. When the fan is on, air from the workspace is drawn into the circulation system from the lower intake, mixed with heat, cold, and humidity generated by the heater, condenser, and humidifier. The air, after heat and humidity exchange, is drawn into the air duct and enters the workspace from the upper outlet, circulating repeatedly to ensure temperature and humidity stability and uniformity.

7. Heater: Nickel-chromium alloy electric heating wire high-speed heater.

Heater control method: Non-contact equal-period pulse width modulation SSR solid-state relay, synchronized system control for improved stability of control components and interface. Independent system, does not affect the cooling system or control circuits.

8. Humidifier: Stainless steel humidifier; when water is low, the system automatically activates the pump to draw water.

Control method: PID control.
